HOW MUCH IS YOUR COACHING?

Coaching is a monthly subscription with an initial once off sign up fee. The fee for coaching and signing up is something that is discussed at the consultation call. Feel free to book in for a FREE Consultation Call through the 'Book Online' section above.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Your initial consultation will be between 20-30 minutes where we will discuss your goals, where you see yourself in with regards to your fitness goal in the future, how you are exercising currently and more. There is no preparation needed here. Just your thoughts and some reflection on your fitness journey to date! This gives me a great understanding of what it is you are working towards, and where you are at now with your goals. From here, we can plan out a pathway for you towards achieving your goals. 

I'M UNSURE WHETHER ONLINE COACHING IS FOR ME. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE BEST OPTION?

This is something I discuss with you during our consultation call. The right coaching option is imperative to a good coaching relationship. We will discuss this in depth so we can choose the option best suited towards you and your goals.

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

You can start working with me by booking in for a 1:1 PT session or simply booking in for an Online Coaching consultation call where we can discuss this further.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?

I do not currently offer group consultations however I have run online webinars in the past for groups of working professionals. If this is something you or your organisation are interested in, you can contact me for more information.
